It is understood that upon registration and payment to "The Universal Truth", you have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions as laid out below:

Refund Policy

We will only consider refunds for extenuating circumstances up to 7 days after your purchase if you have not started the course. Furthermore, if we provide a refund, it will be subject to the deduction of administration, royalties & license fees (up to 50% of the course fee). "The Universal Truth" provides a transparent online resolution procedure for settling disputes.

Course Duration

You have twelve (12) months to complete the course in personal development and self-discovery. After your course expires, you will be locked out of your course. If you wish to continue your course after it has expired, you will be required to pay an extension fee.

Course Extension

Your course can be extended (for 12 months) at an additional fee of €29.

Certificates

When you complete the course, we will send you a certificate of completion via email. You can print the certificate in colour on suitable high-quality paper or card.

Change of Name

You may not change your name on your student profile after you have graduated/completed your course and have been issued a certificate. We will only issue one certificate in the name of the student at the time of completion. You cannot request a name change on your certificate after completing your course.

Course Transfer

"The Universal Truth" course is non-transferable.
